Shopify website design
for pole wear clothing brand
Background
Sam and Julian started BATCH Ldn to introduce a new sustainable brand to the clothing industry.
The unique idea was to create suits in batches thereby reducing waste. The unique concept needed
unique branding and an agency that can bring the concept to life through an ecommerce website.
The branding designers tried to create the website but failed. Yellow Pixel stepped in to rescue
the project and were up against an aggressive timeline to come up with a bespoke sign-up
page to announce the pre-launch of the new London based brand. Team Yellow Pixel took
on the rescue mission and the rest is history. The website was launched and since then, the
brand has only grown and we are so proud!
The team at Yellow Pixel were great. We were looking for someone who could support our vision and Sultan and his team did not disappoint.

The Challenge
Rescue the project and develop a bespoke pre-launch page and ecommerce website
The launch of a new sustainable clothing brand which is going to challenge the conventions is all about story telling. Normally the pre-launch signup pages are static but for Batch LDN, it was all about story telling and taking the viewer on a journey as they scrolled down the page with signup boxes placed at key intervals.
The website also required similar customisations to give the user the right information and user experience. The website needed the flexibility to open up selling when the products would be available. At other times, the website needed to allow customers to signup on the waiting list of the next batch.
With experience in Shopify customisations, team Yellow Pixel was more than ready for the challenge.
The Solution
A Shopify website optimised for conversions
The product page was customised so customers could signup for the next batch. Then they would be automatically informed when their suits were ready to be picked up. Another customisation was done for the suite product page whereby on ordering a suit, the selected jacket and trouser would be added to the cart.
The theme was personalised in the brand colours. Put together, the functional and design changes came together to reflect the new sustainable clothing brand, Batch LDN.

Designed for Conversions
The target audience for the HotCakes Polewear website are women. Every aspect of the site has been optimised with the audience in mind whether that is the light weight font used in headings, the photography, use of subtle colours in background and not to mention the product description, size & fit and care tips listed on the product page.
The website’s audience is bilingual, that is Greek and English. Hence the website translations are available in both these languages.
The navigation menu has been optimised to feature New In, Shop and their exclusive product range under collectibles. The New In feed has also been placed on the homepage so returning customers don’t have to
look hard to find the new products launched by the brand.
